• Approved account holders – net 30 days E.O.M.
• All others C.O.D.
• Title in goods does not pass until account is paid in full.
• Requests for credit must be made within 7 days.

Warranty conditions

1. Delta Design Systems (Australia) Pty Ltd hereby warrants the repairs undertaken to the goods hereon as follows:

• All work undertaken by Delta Design shall have been in a good and tradesman like manner.
• This warranty shell commence from the date of delivery of the goods as specified hereon.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing the period of this warranty shall be six months.
• This warranty shall be limited to the replacement or repair at the cost of Delta Design of any defective parts and of such parts as may have been damaged in consequence of the defect despite proper treatment. Parts replaced will not be returned.
• Claims under this warranty will be considered only if made in writing immediately such claim arises. Repair or replacement as aforesaid shall not extend or renew the warranty period. The goods shall be returned to Delta Design by postage or freight prepaid.
• Delta design does not accept responsibility for expenses of freight, packing, disassembly, mounting and travelling for a fitter or charges of a similar nature.

2. Without limiting the generality of these term, this warranty shall not apply to the goods repaired, in the following circumstances;

• If the goods are repaired or altered by the owner or any other third party without the consent of Delta Design.
• If the goods are not used by the owner with proper care in accordance with any specified instructions for use.
• If changes occur in the condition or operational qualities of the goods due to incorrect storage or mounting or to climatic or other influence.
• In respect of the replacements of part when such replacements are part of normal maintenance, service or normal wear and tear.
• Where the defect arises because of some matter relating to the quality of the motor having regard to the age and condition of the motor at the time of repair.
• Where the damage complained of arises out of the motor or equipment in a manner which is inconsistent with or outside of operational guideline specified by the manufacturer.
• Where the damage occurs as a result of circumstances which are outside the scope of this warranty including any accidental damage, interference, act of God or negligence of the owner, his agent or employee or any other person.

3. In no circumstances shall Delta Design be liable for the consequences of any consequential or economic loss or damage occasioned as the result of any claim under the terms of this warranty and the owner of the goods agrees to indemnify Delta Design and continue to indemnify in respect thereof.
